Delivery & Terms

We have a flat rate for postage. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours though this can occasionally stretch to a week at busy times so please be patient. All items will need to be signed for.

UK – Royal Mail Signed For, 1st class, delivery time 1-2 days – £5.00

Delivery times can vary, a parcel can only be reported as officially lost by Royal Mail after 30 days.

You will be sent an email on the day of dispatch. Occasionally if your order is very heavy it will be sent by a courier service. Your order will be sent to the address you have entered under ‘shipping address.’ We will endeavor to spot mistakes but we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels due to address errors. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to your address error we can re send your item but there will be an additional delivery charge. If you are not in at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card for you to collect the order at your local sorting office. If the item is not collected within the given time period it will automatically be returned to us. We will re send your order at the cost of your first delivery.

Returns: We do not accept returns on any cut fabric or trims as these are bespoke orders. This does not affect your statutory rights. Gifts and notions can be returned at your shipping cost. These must be in a resalable condition – unopened and unused. Items must be returned with 7 days of receipt of your order. See below details of how to return items.

Damaged items: We cannot accept returns on cut or washed fabric. Please check your fabric carefully for faults before proceeding with cutting and sewing. If you do find a fault with your fabric before cutting please notify us by phone or email within 7 working days of receipt of your order.

Where possible we will try and replace your cloth or goods, if this is not possible we will issue a full refund including shipping costs. You will be refunded by the original method of payment, either by paypal or debit/credit card. We do not offer credit notes.

We will reimburse any delivery costs you incur returning the item to us. Please retain proof of postage. Please try and include your original packing slip with your return. We will need your full name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and order number to process your return.
